I wrote this book from my experiences of hiring a Project Manager through the Hiring Committee process. As a Director, I had the perfect candidate in mind and thought I could just hire him outright like other Directors had done for their projects, but the owner of the company decided to put my hire through the Hiring Committee process.

But along the way I discovered something compelling about the Hiring Committee process—12 secrets that every candidate who goes through the hiring process should employ in order to stack the deck in their favor.
